I've worked and listened through the Overcoming Anxiety and Depression CD and got so much from it, that I bought it for many of my friends. It is a program that you can listen to and learn from again and again. I am blessed to know Sarah "in person" but listening to the CD and her genuine nature, it feels personal to anyone. I know that Sarah truly cares about the people she prays with and continues to pray for them often. All of the friends who have listened to it have really enjoyed it as well. Last summer I purchased the Praying to Overcome Anxiety and Depression CD. I was facing a frightening procedure on my heart. Thanks to God and the author and the CD, I was able to calmly get through this stressful time in my life. I feel so blessed because I was able to purchase a set of "Let's Pray Today" cd's on the first day they were offered for sale. The first one I listened to was 'Praying to Overcome Anxiety & Depression,' by Sarah Teasdale. I was so touched and impressed with how God used Sarah to speak to my heart . It certainly renewed my mind and brought about a sense of peace, joy and refreshment that I needed at that particular moment. My girls begged me every night last week to listen to Sylvia's Beginners Prayer CD. Some of the terms went over their heads I'm sure, but they LOVED listening to it. I feel anyone with anxiety or depression could certainly benefit from this quality CD. The author's knowledge of the Bible, her ability to pray, and her soothing voice are just the tools you need to make it through any situation with God's help. Thank you for your thoughtful and in depth coverage of the ACTS model in your Prayer for Beginners CD. This model is key for all Christians, so I would not undersell this CD as just for beginners!
